Terms of Service

Effective version: 2026-06-22

These terms govern use of Baseline Brief and its generated outputs.

Business-use software terms

Business Use Only

Section 1

Baseline Brief is intended for internal business and project-controls workflows. Do not use it for consumer, emergency, safety-critical, unauthorized, or unlawful purposes.

Upload Authorization

Section 2

You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights and approvals needed to upload, process, store, and generate outputs from all schedule exports, configs, and related project data.

Output Validation

Section 3

Generated outputs are automated review aids. You must verify findings in the native scheduling system before external sharing, payment decisions, contractual reliance, claims, delay analysis, or critical project decisions.

No Professional Advice

Section 4

This product provides software tooling, not engineering, scheduling, claims, legal, accounting, insurance, or contract advice. Qualified professionals should validate schedule logic, constraints, narratives, and contract implications.

Acceptable Use

Section 5

You may not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, infringement, privacy violations, malware, spam, scraping abuse, rate-limit evasion, service interference, or processing data you are not authorized to use.

Data Retention

Section 6

Uploads and generated packs are retained only for configured operational retention windows unless your customer-controlled deployment configures a different policy. You remain responsible for your own records, backups, and contract-required archives.

Availability and Changes

Section 7

Features, formats, rules, generated narratives, retention settings, security controls, and availability may change to improve reliability, compliance, and safety. The service is provided as-available.

Liability Limitation

Section 8

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided as-is and as-available without warranties. Indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, lost-profit, delay, claim-preparation, and project-impact damages are excluded where legally allowed. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim, except where a limitation is not legally allowed.

Customer Responsibility

Section 9

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for unauthorized uploads, unlawful use, third-party rights violations, and reliance on generated outputs contrary to these terms. Some responsibilities and remedies cannot be waived in some jurisdictions.

Compatibility and Trademarks

Section 10

This product supports workflows compatible with Oracle Primavera P6 export formats. Oracle and Primavera are trademarks of Oracle and/or its affiliates. This product is not affiliated with or endorsed by Oracle.

Legal Review Required

Section 11

These terms are an operator-ready baseline, not final legal advice. Governing law, venue, arbitration, class-action waiver, insurance, procurement, and customer-specific contract terms require qualified counsel review before paid production launch.
